Ready to take the lead? Our CIT (Counselor-In-Training) program is the ultimate next step for teens who dream of making an impact and becoming a camp counselor. You’ll participate in and help lead camp programs, mentor younger campers, and dive deep into what it takes to be an awesome counselor. With hands-on experience, tailored workshops, and a crew of like-minded future counselors, you won’t just learn; you’ll lead. YMCA of Silicon Valley provides financial assistance for those who cannot afford the full cost of membership. Complete a financial assistance application to determine your eligibility.  If you are approved for Financial Assistance, a YMCA team member will confirm your approved rate and refund the difference.
